This blog is a collaboration between Emory University’s Department of Surgery and the Woodruff Health Sciences Center Library. It provides additional evidence-based information related to topics or questions raised in the Surgical Residency Conferences.
The mission of Surgical Focus is to support the educational activities of the residents by directing them to evidence and background information in response to questions raised or literature presented during the conferences.
The topics are determined during post-report discussions with selected surgery residents.
